Horrible service avoid at all cost

We had a horrible experience. Started from them wanting to bully us into accepting the house even though was not to plan specification. Our calls and emails went ignore a number of times while in the process. Went on to having defects and any attempt to address issues with the developer was met by them sending bullying letters with them representing the buyer.

They have no interest in resolving issues for both parties in fairness but rather just keeping the relationship they have with developers and reading the other reviews further proves this

Had I read the reviews before hand would have never agreed to use them.
