Paid and never delivered

Paid them R16 000 on 3 Sept, to date it's been one excuse after the other. Opening up a SAPS case tomorrow. As they were ignoring my text mgs, i wrote on their Facebook page where i was blocked minutes after asking what is happening with my delivery.
