LCP Roofing Service Level

I had a house project that I entrusted LCP Roofing to do as a said professional company paid over 140k without a problem

I have never received such poor, inconsiderate and unprofessional work beong done.

My roof has been leaking I have been engaging these guys and the attitude and sense of arrogance in their communication I have not had any feel that I am a valued customer with them.

They did come out to try and fix the issues and everytime I would almost have to end up begging them and when they do its on their own terms and availability forget my experences as a customer.

I escalated the issues pictures and whatsapp communications to the MD not even a reply back from him.....shocking!

They did some rework receny and left my walls in a state and when advising them of the causal effects of their work received an arrogant reply and I just decided I should just leave things to be.

Personally I would not recommend this company to anyone they are a mess to work with specially their after service.
