leaking roof and Broken Facia Board
I paid for installation of my roof in December 2014 by January 2015 the roof was leaking and facia board were broken . Still today 6/2/2015 no repair is done and no respond correspondence is forth coming. Think twice before you appoint them, to do roofing for your new house, you might be disappointed

It is indeed a travesty when clients abuse a respected institution like Hellopeter to further their own aims.
The roof was completed by 9 Dec 2014 & a comprehensive online site visit report was done which includes a unique submission ID, all job details, GPS co ords, photo's & comments. The roof was complete in all respects. Rain washed out some ridge cement & this was repaired and & same report was done on 21 Jan 2015 where again the roof was 100% complete. We noticed a missing barge board before 29 Jan and schedule a team to replace. Client phone us on 29th Jan to confirm same. This was done on the 6 Feb 15.
The reason the roof is leaking that the client has not waterproofed the sidewalls. LCP Roofing does not do sidewall flashings. This is clearly indicated in our quotations and is explained to the clients. Upon attending on the 6th Feb we noticed ANOTHER barge missing. The roof is being abused by other trades.
The client should withdraw this complaint to maintain his credibility.
LCP Roofing is a highly accredited fabricator & has the SANS1900 quality mark. 8 fabricators out of 219 in SA have this mark.
We are extremely proud of our name & are saddened by these allegations.
