LDS don't use!

Lds has collected my installments covering debt and vehicle finance, as vehicle finance has been rescinded, they refuse to pay the amount collected for the portion of the vehicle finance to the bank, and they have decided to use it for smaller debt, leaving me in the position of having my vehicle repossessed, or find money to pay the arrears, don't use! Other more efficient and proficient companies out there.no new contract issued for the smaller debt and debit heck still active. What does one do? Contact the NCR?
