I bought a pair shoes online around late September for a function. I wore them two days and occasionally throughout October as I go to work. As am wearing them, am noticing that the shoe inner sole is starting to shift as if it was pressed, the rubber behind is peeling off, the fabric is starting to tear. I am totally not happy with the quality of the shoes, the fact that I don’t even have 4 months owning the shoe but it is showing signs as if I had it for years.

I purchased kids' sneakers online using cash. A few days later, I received a call from a lady in the Online Department who informed me that my order had been canceled because the shoes were not in good condition. She requested a bank letter to process my refund. However, when I reviewed my order, it stated that "I changed and canceled the order." I'm confused about how that happened since I was informed by them that the order was canceled. 👎🤔😡😡😡😡

So I bought a shoe on the 27th of May 2024 at the brunch in promenade. I bought it on my pay just now app. Two month later the shoe broke. I then went to to the store and told the Manger my situation. She the said that I had to have a slip. I then went back the next and told her I don't have a slip and I asked her to speak to the are Manger. She then told me I can't get the area Manger number and she will speak to the area Manger. I then went back again the next day and she then said that the area Manger said the same thing. I then told her why cant they use my pay just now slip and if they can't get the receipt from there paper work. She then said no they can't. I just wanted an exchange but now I just want my money back. I've also sent them an email and nothing. No response or anything.This is honestly poor service.

I had made a purchace in December, went and returned item as my hubby did not like the shoe. Instead of me being refunded I was charged again. I had made the cashier aware of the error he made and he had them done refund for both the transactions.i am still awaiting my second refund and its now 3 months.

I would just like to say that I fully believe that it is their strategy to refuse refunding clients, I’m reading the reviews here and I see people struggling with the same “we don’t have cash” excuse. I also returned a bag and for the past week I have been lied to and deceived, I just want my R350 back and I asked why they can’t transfer the funds and they gave me another lame excuse. This brand is clearly dying out and the things they’re doing are out of pure desperation. Never again!
