I was looking for an item on sale and went to my closest Le Creuset store and asked about it and they didn't even check the system, they just told me "there is no stock." I decided to look online and there's a feature that allows you to check which store has stock so I contacted the Rosebank store because the online system showed that they had low stock. The lady that helped me was super helpful. Even though her store did not have any stock, she checked on her system to see which store did have stock and arranged with them to have it sent to my closest Le Creuset store. She even called the store to tell them that when the item arrives, they should give me a call.
