Disappointed in dishonesty

5 items were missing in my delivered parcel. Brought it under the company’s attention. I made several calls trying to rectify the problem met by empty promises and lame excuses from the dishonest Lea Botha, who is the so called founder and 'ceo'. She even agreed to leave the parcel at a local restaurant in Wilderness so I could take it with me the next day as Christmas gifts to family in the Karoo. Needless to say her phone was switched off when I arrived at the restaurant discovering she misled me once again. There is no point in displaying magazines like LIG and Rooi Rose on your website if your standard is far from what these magazines stand for. If this review will serve as a tool to protect others from falling in the same trap, it was worth posting it.
