I really don't know where to start with our experience. Lean delivered our furniture more than 6 weeks late, so we had to then postpone it as we had a trip planned to the UK. When we got home it took another 2 months to receive our furniture (of course he tried to blame us for taking a trip!), only half of which arrived as he said the rest had gotten "lost". He also lost our couch cushion that was taken away to be recovered, tried to give us cushions filled with s**** material instead of the down that we had paid for. Nicely wrote off the last R600 on the invoice (getting the cushion for our couch remade cost more than this). I never gave him a bad review then as we still had a 2 year guarantee on our furniture which I was worried we would have to use. Less than a year later, our couch frame had buckled, legs on chairs had went skew, and after a month of chasing he finally sends some really dodgy guy to our house who then claims that I told him we had broken the couch by not sitting on it properly. Lean told us his business was liquidated so wasn't in a position to honour guarantee's. However, quite shocked as a quick google search shows it to still be operating. Seriously don't deal with this crook, possibly the worst experience of my life.
