Hi Joanne,Our doors are always open to business and leather restoration projects. That said, in 12 years of operation, I have never refused to work on a client’s couch without good reason. You were clearly informed from the outset that a
full leather recover requires between 7–14 working days. This timeline was communicated upfront and agreed to.Unfortunately, during this process:
- You threatened physical harm toward staff members, which is completely unacceptable under any circumstances.
- You left the project mid-process and later returned with the expectation of immediate priority, as though you were our only client.
- We sent you personal leather swatches and leather care products, which you subsequently refused to pay for, despite receiving them.
For clarity and transparency, we have also
attached photographs showing what the Lazy--Boy looked like before the restoration and what it looks like now after completion. The finished result speaks for itself. We run a professional workshop, not a high-pressure or hostile environment. Our staff’s safety and mutual respect are non-negotiable.We remain committed to quality workmanship and ethical business practices, but we cannot proceed under threats, unrealistic demands, or non-payment for supplied materials.Regards,
LeatherTech
