Products don't work.

I got their pump in December 2023. I used it initially, and ended up in tears as I thought something was wrong with my supply. After getting another brand, I realized this pump does not work properly. They sent me another pump earlier this year, and I stuffed it in the box and forgot about it. In August 2024 I was forced to use it again. I pumped for 30 minutes and got 5ml out. When I got home I used my other pump and got 120ml out. I gave the pump to a friend, who recently gave birth. She used it exactly once and said it wasn't pumping anything out. This company should be ashamed of selling a product that doesn't work. Please email me so that we can arrange someone to collect the pump, as it isn't even worth throwing it in the trash.
