#BLACKFRIDAY, I GIVE CONGRATULATIONS TO LEDTRONIX COMPANY FOR GOOD WORK DONE BY THIS COMPANY. I ORDERED SPORTS LIGHT THAT DIDN'T NOT SENSOR, I COMMUNICATED WITH COMPANY AND THEY EXPLAINED SAID I MUST ENQUIRE 1ST IF I DON'T SEE ALL DESCRIPTION OF ITEM, BUT THE SPORTS LIGHTS BE SAME AS REQUESTING, THEY ARE VERY BRIGHT AND BE ABLE TO CHANGE THREE DIFFERENT COLORS. AS THEY WELL EXPLAINED ABOUT ITEMS THEN I SAID I WILL USED IT IN HOUSE OR WHEN I GOT WORK OUTSIDE DURING LOADSHEDDING.👋👋👋👋👋

Client service is non existent!!
Ordered very specific items fromLedtronix which showed in stock on the online website. When items arrived not the items I ordered. Then began the struggle getting hold of Ledtronix. Eventually after getting hold of them they admitted the items I had ordered were out of stock an so they sent me something they thought would suit my needs. WRONG!!!! I ordered the items with very specific tasks In mind. Now trying to return the items, which I did at own cost, as they did not want have the items returned on their account, took me another 3 days. Then after they received the wrongfully issued items. Suddenly still no stick of my ordered items and always we will send them when they arrive. 1week later and still no indication if the items had shipped. From the initial order don't think you get a notification about any progress of your order. So be warned when buying from this shop.

Ledtronix poor service and bad quality products
I bought am ECCO 3.5kW inverter with two 200Ah 12V batteries as a package deal from Ledtronix. About 4 weeks after installation it seemed that the battery capacity was diminishing. Where I could run my normal loads for more than 4 hours, after 6 weeks the inverter cut out within 20 minutes after a full charge. A simple battery test showed that both batteries lost almost all capacity. When I reported this to Ledtronix, I was told that the batteries were only covered by a 4 week warranty. The owner promised that he will give me very good discount on a lithium battery, even below cost price. The final offer was worthless since I could source the exact same battery for less than the discounted price the offered. From there onward they just ignore my emails and phone calls just leads to empty promises. The sold me a substandard product and now they are unwilling to refund me or to negotiate further. I would steer clear of this business.

Feeling depleted
I purchased a 3kw inverter kit from them in Feb this year. The product came and was installed into my business and was working great. Not even 2 weeks later the device failed. I was told to send it back on my cost. I waited more then 4 weeks for the inverter to be returned after numerous requests when it will be replaced only to receive the same inverter still not working. It's now again almost 4 weeks later and still no guarantee whether I am getting a new in inverter since the product was still within it's waranty period. I paid R10350 with courier for this package. I am sitting with the batteries but no inverter. I feel depleted having to keep on asking if it will be replaced but keep on hitting a dead end. Its now almost 3 months with such poor customer service. I raved about Ledtronix but take it back.
