Terrible service and unprofessionalism
Terrible Of you are a home seller, please dont put the buyer through this mess. My home was registered on the 19th of DEC 2024 the attorneys did not send the prove of registration to the estate. I could not get access to account or pay basics like water, electricity, and levies. We thought it was the managing agent at fault as we kept the leeuwner attorney in the mails. They had no automatic replays indicating out of office. When the escalation got to boiling point they just commented they were closed for the holiday season. When the info was shared with the managing agent, the attorney shared the incorrect information. Terrible as we had to fix it our self's .They are not professional, lacks service. If I ever buy a property again and they are the transfer attorneys, I will rather look for a different property.

disgusting service
mariaan@leeuwmar.co.za We have bought a house and requesting for our credit balance to be credited to the new account for coj the lady assisting us from 13 August 2024. this is the date they received the money to date the funds are not credited to us. Only today when we call she ask us if we were told the money is going to be allocated to them from August.

Exceptional service from Bernardine at Leeuwner Maritz Attorneys.
I recently sold my home and Leeuwner Maritz Attorneys were the transferring attorneys. Bernidene was my main point of contact. I found her to be very professional, efficient, attentive, informative and willing to assist. She kept me updated at each step of the transfer. All telephonic messages were returned and emails were responded to. The property transfer took place speedily - just over 2 months. Thank you Bernardine for the exceptional service. I know which attorneys services I’ll be using in future transfers. I highly recommend Leeuwner Maritz Attorneys and Bernidene.

Appalling Service
If there was a 0 that would be the rating We have a home loan pending for 15months. That’s with a Deceased Estate and conveniently they have never dealt with this type of issue before. Delay after Delay there are excuses. I would Not Recommend this company to anyone dealing with Estates of any kind as it seems like they out to make money off their clients and not service them

Transferring attorneys
We gave our house transfer to Leeuwner Maritz Attorneys. The transferring attorney that handled our transfer was Bernidene Fourie. From get go she was friendly, professional, attentive, caring and ready to help where needed. No matter how many messages we left for her or e-mails we sent she was always happy and willing to assist. This is our 4th house transfer and never were we handled and assisted with such care. Both been in our 60s is a very stressful time to sell your property. The company should praise her as an asset to their organization
