Good service but not painless
The solution helped me to clear my debt so, I have no complaints about that. I can't say it was a painless experience, though. Early on (3 years ago), there was a lot of back and forth on minimum payments to banks etc. The communication between the company and the creditors is not very good. There were many times in the 3 years when I got calls or emails threatening legal action and I had to call LD Solutions to follow up. If they can ensure that when they take over, they maintain good communication with the creditors, it will truly be a stress-free experience for the client. I am happy to develop a solid stakeholder engagement strategy for them if they want :) LOL. Other than that, I am truly grateful for the service, and they have some very friendly people working there. The ability to drop them a WhatsApp message and request call-backs made those back-and-forth matters easier. My advice to anyone taking on the service, either with LD Solutions or any other debt counsellor, is to keep a track of payments and projections. Ask questions even if it makes you sound stupid. I did this and I don't regret it. All things said and done, I thank you, LD Solutions!

Steer away from this company, their business model is to help you with debt where they in fact go and use their supplier services and dispute the debit orders after using the service. STAY AWAY, if that is how they treat suppliers, just think how badly they will treat you.

CROOKS AND SCAMMERS THEY STOLE MY R4600
I am utterly disappointed in this company and if you are looking for a debt review company this is not it. I almost lost my car within the first month of joining them I was told that i wont have to pay for legal fees cause I had just moved from another debt review company but I found myself being called by my bank to say they will be repossessing my vehicle after this company had debited R4600 from my account. I asked them to refund my account so I can pay for my car, the lady by the name of Chereen told me to get help from someone to pay my car cause they wont be able to pay for it since the person who handles the finances is out of the country. Now my question is simple it means that the only person who is able to pay accounts is just that one person, what happens if that person dies cause death is a reality. Does this mean our debts will go unpaid. I told them to refund me and cancel this I was told my R4600 went to paperwork till today I am baffled is debt review about paper work or trying to help consumers get out of debt. After speaking to Tafa and Chereen I was pretty much told that there is nothing they can do I must just wait for Wes bank to come collect my car. I despise this company they lied and they treated me like I didn't pay when I reached out to them to fix this mess. Now they not cancelling the ****** debt review what am I paying for cause Wes bank took their car? Can someone help me I want to make sure people don't ever make the mistake I made by trusting this company thanks to them I am carless … Well-done Legal and Debt Solutions. I want nothing to do with your company pay me my money and don't debit my account you are crooks and scammers. Now I am taking this to Daily Sun and all media that is willing to save people's lives

Lack of Protection offered
Since i signed up for help - month on month what i owed on my bond has increased. I was not warned about this. within a 3 month period - my bond increased by over R21,000. After 3 failed attempts to get LD Solutions to offer an explanation for this increase in debt, including 2 email requests - I am very disappointed to realised that they are not forthcoming with an answer other than to advise they would request a bank statement. Yesterday i called again to enquire as to the reason that my bond amount keeps increasing. Yesterday i was sent an approval from them from the bank confirming an increase of 21,639. Today - 1 day later i receive a statement to say my bond amount owed has increased yet again by just under R2000. No amount of querying this with LD Solutions has met with an answer or a reason to feel safe that I am protected from this happening again.

THIEFS AT LEGAL AND DEBT SOLUTIONS
I made a huge mistake in joining these people. I joined in October and their first debit was done on 27/10. I have been trying to cancel since the 1st week of November. They are very quick to sign you up but to cancel with them is impossible. I call them on a daily basis but get no joy!! Their "Director" who apparently is the only one who can make decisions is never available!! I want this agreement cancelled and I want a full refund DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!
