Legaltrade: - never reverts back to you regarding anything. - unprofessional, rude and dishonest consultants. - very delayed. - incompetent. - if you don't do your own followups, they won't bother and just keep stealing from you.

They were quick to give me a paid in full letter when I called in once again to enquire my balance because no matter what I did they just kept debiting my account. I requested a statement and that took forever eventual when I got it it showed that I was in credit, I then requested a refund and till today it has not happened.
