CAR PURCHASING ****S LEGENDS PRE OWNED CARS KLERKSDORP

I have recently been on the platform much to search for a car for my son. The issue is that there are a number of ****s where the Advertiser places the ad at an unusually low value, attracting I guess much interest. A specific is; a 2020 SUZUKI JIMNY advertised at R 45 999 by a company - LEGENDS PRE OWNED CARS 46 Margarita Street, Klerksdorp and a further address 32 Joe Slovo Road, Klerksdorp. Phone numbers 087 510 2968 / 087 510 9465 / 087 707 4209 / 073 394 1478 and some additionals not recorded.

The story starts with an Ad for a 2020 Suzuki Jimny advertised at R 45 999. I called the business and chatted with an i...... Bonele, Lesego and finally a Mandla. The first two were (The less said the better) not at all suitable to speak with the public. They were F..... Rude. Mandla cam across as genuine, explained their process and discussed the product and said that they operate on the premise that the figure is a PRE SETTLEMENT FIGURE as stipulated by the bank as the Repossession owes typically this amount. Should I wish to purchase I would need to purchase at this price prior to listing this on an Auction which is tomorrow morn at 09h30. The present time being 17h40 in Johannesburg and they are approx 3 hours away. They close at 18h00, and understanding the urgency to obtain such a bargain I offered to drive there immediately to beat the deadline. Mandla then handed the phone to his manager - Sarah Pillay who in a number of distorted raced language of WORD SALAD, said I should pay the money and attend the auction in the morn. Playing the game I asked that should I get there around 21h00 would we be able to conclude. She answered, NO! AT THIS POINT I WAS CONVINCED THIS TO BE A ****. I attempted to call business in the are to enquire as to the legitimacy of the company however without success. I called the SAPS office where a female police woman immediately said "'Don't buy from them it's a ****". The same eve around 20h20 I received a call from Mandla asking whether I would pay the deposit of R 5 000. I played along and said I would come through in the morning. Today - 15 3 2024 I received 5 calls from them whilst I was busy, ignoring the calls. I called back after 12h00 and chatted with Mandla who persisted that he will assist me in getting the car. I then said I feel uncomfortable with the situation and feel it to be a ****. He was chatting and I positively felt that someone cut the call grabbing the phone from his hand. He called again and I said I had enough and cut the call. THE NISSAN DEALERSHIP, THE SAPS and I am sure others must know of this WHY ARE THEY NOT FACING CHARGES?
