Horrible company

very dissapointed in how they have handled my case. They tell you to pay a fee, after the payments have been completed they will send negotiate and get your name clear. This was last 9 months ago. There is completely no unless you hound them for a response. I feel this company is ripping people off I would just like to know,have I been ****med and what should i do.
