Bad quality cricket wheelie bag - no accountability

<p>I bought an expensive Gray Nicholls cricket wheelie bag from Leasure Holdings. After 2 months both wheels of the wheelie bag are broken.  Leisure holdings is not willing to offer a replacement on the bag or repair the damaged bag.  </p> <p> </p>
