rude clerk

i have been to the hospital and a clerk by the name violet Peterson is rude and convinced she is doing people favours by doing her job, she has no way of speaking to people and can tell them to their faces that she is doing them favours after being rude to me she did not even want to give me her name which I had to source on my own as she was afraid I was go to report her staff at the hospital also said to me im wasting my time as the management covers for the clerks who treat ill patients as if they trash I sat for an hour to get my file while violet did one patient than took her cup and left upon her return 15 min later she than had a 20 min conversation with another lady all this while sick patients were waiting to get their files in order to see a doctor really very disappointed
