I recently had the pleasure of visiting BMW Centurion, and I must say that they offer the best service in town. From the moment I walked into the dealership, I was impressed by the level of care and attention they provided to their clients. I was greeted by a gentleman named Tshepo Chalane, who turned out to be an exceptional salesperson. He was not only patient but also very informative. He took the time to listen to my needs and understand what I was looking for in a car. He then proceeded to show me the different options available, ranging from the sleek 2 Series to the versatile X1. What impressed me the most was that Tshepo didn't just give me a sales pitch. Instead, he encouraged me to test drive both cars so that I could experience them firsthand and make an informed decision. His willingness to go above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction was truly commendable. When it came to the financial aspect of purchasing my car, Tshepo was swift and efficient. He guided me through the process and made it seem effortless. It felt like we had known each other for years, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. In today's fast-paced world, it's becoming increasingly rare to find such exceptional customer service. BMW Centurion and Tshepo have certainly set the bar high. Not only did they provide me with a great car, but they also made me feel valued as a customer. Lastly, I would like to mention that Tshepo's advice on how to spec the car was invaluable. He understood that I am a typical woman and provided me with recommendations that perfectly suited my preferences and needs. Overall, my experience at BMW Centurion was outstanding. I highly recommend paying them a visit if you're in the market for a new car. Their exceptional service and knowledgeable staff, like Tshepo, will ensure that you drive away happy and satisfied.

I phoned BMW Centurion on Monday (29/11/2021) to book a service. The receptionist told me that the person who does bookings is busy. She asked me to leave my number so that she can pass it on to the person who does bookings. It is Wednesday today (01/12/2021) and no one has called me. I had to take my car to BMW Midrand/Waterfall. Basically, I contacted them last month and they have not said anything, even in December.

I’ve requested several times to BMW requesting for a quotation on the BMW Black Oil Service Plan and I have not received any feedback in almost 3 months. I’ve emailed BMW Centurion, InformationOfficer and completed the online requests but no response.

I bought a used vehicle over a month ago, to date I'm still waiting for a defective fog light to be repaired. I've followup with the sales person too much to care anymore. Once they receive payment, they don't attend to clients anymore.

I have had a very bad experience with Leohaese BMW centurion. I have taken in my BMW X5M for service. They charged us more than thirty thousand rands. We took the car and drove it for about a week and it started giving us engen faults, we took it back in, they diagnosed the vehicle and and gave us the initial quote of more than Thirty thousand rands, we gave then a go ahead and fix the car. They then gave us a revised quote of Fourty seven thousand rands. We also approve the quote and gave them the go ahead. They subsequently gave us another quotation that was going to increase the bill to fifty six thousand rands, we indicated that we will not be able to afford that. They called us to tell us the car was done and we can collect it. it was on a Friday the 2nd July 2021. we did not drive far before the same warning lights we took the car in with started coming back. we call them immediately to inform them about it and they told us the car had many errors and they only dealt with a few. We question the fact that we just paid Fourty seven thousand rands on the car but the car does not seem to have been fixed at all, although the service adviser was a bit understanding to our concerns, the service manager was very rude and quick to dismiss us and showed little to no consideration to our concern. This is very bad, considering that we spent such a lot of money but our car is still not fixed and they refuse to take any responsibility

People, please be careful of the service department in Centurion. These people are rip off artists and the service from the Manager Phillip is absolutely pathetic. Clearly the DP isn’t far from it considering no one gets back to you. In 2018, My brand new 320i had been in for many services due to my mileage. Normal procedure. Not so normal when I can count the number of times my rims were not scratched.... only once. Every other time my rims were scratched. They agreed to replace 1 of my rims after me having a fit and made me wait for months. When I asked them to pay me R20k for my rims because that’s what I was told it costs, it took Phillip a day to find a new one.... clearly forgot about me. In September last year, my car went in for its brakes and again, they scratched the rim. This was now the second time in this rim. The first time they fixed it. They made me wait for a year. Every time I asked about it and asked Phillip to get back to me, he was too busy running around doing jack**** as usual. Last month I went to them to tell them that they now need to pay me out for the rim as I have had my car evaluated for a trade in. Phillip as useless as always said they won’t pay me out for a new rim. They would try and fix it or pay me out what the repairs would cost which was about R2500. He said he will have Marius, the DP contact me. Never did. They stalled and waited for me to trade in my car only to now tell me “ Kindly note that I have spoken to the dealer again and they confirmed that they only prepared to refund you if you still own the vehicle . Should the vehicle already been traded they will unfortunately not be able to accede to your request .” You people at BMW Centurion should rather close your business instead of ripping clients off. You are pathetic. I wonder how you sleep at night knowing how you conduct business. I’m utterly disgusted. I moved onto BMW Midrand, the service difference between the two of you is like oil and water. Take a page out of their book and learn some business ethics and customer service.... in fact I think you would need the whole freaking book... and still you would not come anywhere close to their service.

I recently applied for finance on a BMW 330D at Leo Haese Centurion. The deal was approved and then the salesman Derick Roux immediately contacted me to get me to pay a holding deposit as there was apparently another client who applied after me. He made me understand on the urgency of the payment of the holding deposit to secure the vehicle. I immediately transferred the deposit into their account and sent him proof of payment. I requested the offer to purchase afterwards so as to provide my insurance company with the car's details so that the car would be covered when I would collect the vehicle. Now, I'm sure everyone can attest to the fact that salesmen make a nuisance of themselves by calling you every 30 minutes whilst trying to secure the deal. After I sent the proof of payment for the holding deposit I never heard back from Derick for a few hours, despite calling him on his cellphone several times and this is where I started to get suspicious. He eventually calls me back a few minutes before closing time telling me that the car was allocated to another client. He gives me a sob story about office politics and how his manager, Jason, decided to deliver the car to another client who applied and was approved after me. This was after I complied with every requirement they set out. ****ed as I am, I asked him to immediately refund my money and he tells me to wait until Wednesday as there is no one at the office. This damn car is already on my insurance. This salesman Derick, who called me relentlessly, now brushes this incident off as office politics and offers to sell me a 320D. What the hell has that got to do with me and what am I supposed to do with a piece of **** 320D? If I wanted a 320D I would have applied for one. I am still waiting on my refund for the holding deposit. If I could rate this dealership at -10 stars believe me it still wouldn't be an indication of how neverminded Derick was after he told me about the re allocation of the car. Leo Haese Centurion, do yourself a favour and rid yourself from Derick Roux and his manager Jason.
