Took my Haval H2 for a service in May 2023 at Haval Hatfield and I got my car back with missing carpet clips. It is August 2023 and I am still waiting to be assisted... I inform Quinton (service representative) straight after the service as I collected my car and then he said "please call me tomorrow to remind me to follow up with the service guys" (As if I am his assistant... but I called anyways to remind him). The more delays: - "Please wait 4 weeks its on back order" - "The order never came they ordered now again, please wait one week" And it's gone on for 4 months.. Never getting anywhere... I have called over 20 times... then I leave a message and no one gets back to me... Such horrible service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We recently bought a BMW in a few months back, it gave us an issue and we took it in at Leo Haeee Haval Hartfield as they have their inhouse workshop. There is a warranty covering the fault in the car, but the way I was treated was like dirt. I was there for more than 4 hours and no update on what's the progress with the car, when i asked one guy called Quinton he lost it with me and banged my car door and said he won't help anymore, reported this to his manager he also just brushed averything off and told me to just back off and respect their processes. After buying a car from them now it seems like a one night stand they don't give a **** about us the deal is over f%&k off. This was humiliating because I come from a customer service space. Two white managers made me feel like a stupid black customer, but when the other white customers are looking for answers an updates on their cars they are waiting for just like me , are given the outmost respect and attention. I will keep on spreading this unacceptable treatment to all platforms until I am heard. We are equal customers as the white ones our mineybisbthe same except for skin colour and that shouldn't be the deciding factor on treating us like sh&t. Their address is 1207 Burnett Street in Hartfield Leo Haese BMW and Havaal

I hereby want to lodge a complaint regarding the dealer ship, HAVAL Leo Haese Hatfield, not sticking to the sales agreement. The problem is that when our deal was made it was the last day of the month, I traded a vehicle in on which there was an outstanding amount. The deal was structured on the current outstanding amount but because of the date another instalment went through which in fact made the deal not valued as all figures had to change. This was corrected by getting the new outstanding amount and changing all other figures but I had now paid an additional instalment which I was promised would be paid back to me by the sales man Nardo. I have written several mails to the dealer to resolve the matter but I don`t get any co-operation from them. This is now more than a month later and I`m still waiting after several mails, watts apps and phone calls. This is not acceptable and I hereby want to know if I can have the deal cancelled.

The outsorced service section to Bosch is really damaging your premium image. The look and feel and entire customer experience seem penny wise. Waited more than hour for drop off... did not pitch, walk to work (3km). No one phones to indicate car is ready (not to mention pick up). Waited an hour for vehicle, since indicated that in washing bay 'and close to ready'. Also tried my level best to get a sales person for a trade in, just never called back... Merc it is then.

Since losing the BMW franchise, one struggle to get parts and the service advisor you dealt with is unavailable, you don't get any joy. In fact they even ask you if your car is with them... scary. They always promise to give feedback but nothing happens and when you follow-up they have the attitude.

Took my car in to Leo Haese Hatfield for overheating due to a leakage. They woked on it and two days later had to take it back as it was overheating again. A year later the very same parts failed and resulted in my radiator being damaged and needing to be replaced. Had the parts replaced last year not failed, obviously the radiator would not have been damaged due to thermal stresses.
