Bad Service

I've had the worst experience with them. My son's school handed me over to them when I lost my job and could no longer pay. I got a letter from the sheriff and went to court on the date given. The amount was R9200. Ever since going to court I've been paying R80 which one of the lawyers told me it just covers the interest, then after 3 months I went back and started paying R100 and since January this year I'm paying R200 per month. I requested a statement in June and the amount was R14030.98 and when I queried this they just ignored me completely. They have 5 different charges for sheriff fees and 4 charges for correspondent fees of R299 each. The only correspondence was when I called them. I am trying to clear my name but its very difficult with this hanging over me.
