Delayed response from lawfirm

I have been waiting since February 2015 for this firm to send me a statement of my account that was handed over to them. I keep getting told that 'they are working on it' or 'they will send it off by the end of this week.' <br> I have sent numerous emails, but I keep getting ignored. I have made a payment of R6000 and keep asking them to let me know if this has now cleared my account.<br> What do I do now?
