This is by far the worst experience I have ever had in my entire life with a moving company. In fact to call them a moving company is stretching the truth. If you want your stuff destroyed and hate your stuff, I strongly recommend that you use this company. We were told that the tuck would be delivered to our new address at 12pm, after calling repeatedly again and again between 12pm and 3pm I was told that I was lying and that they never gave me a time and insisted that I send proof of the time agreed upon. I was then blown off some more until around 4pm when I was informed that they were on their way with my stuff to my new address and that because it was late they would be bringing 2 trucks to make up for this. 4pm came and went, 5pm came and went, 6pm came and went, at 7pm I got sick and tiured of trying to call these "movers" and drove to the office to find out where the heck my stuff was. When I arrived these "movers" were still in the process of loading my stuff and instead of using 2 trucks like I was informed they were doing they used 1 big truck and open top trailer and a small truck. When I asked to speak to the owner I was blatantly ignored, the guys assured me it woould take them a maximum of 1 hour to offload my stuff and then they would be out of my hair. Just to add onto everything else as if this wasn't enough already there were people outside drinking by the truck, which according to the owner was him and his son standing outside the truck. However whilst I was there and I asked to speak to the owner, he just decided that he doesn't want to deal with me and just ignored my request for any assistance what so ever. I called probably 50/60 times myself, let alone my mother, my sister, the agent, the agents second phone, her husband, 2 of my friends, I think if you added up the number of calls that this "company" had received from us it would easily crack 200. When they had finally arrived at 8 o clock i thought maybe just maybe this will be the end of the nightmare of the day, I could not have been more wrong. There was 11 guys here that were supposed to bring all out stuff inside and little by little I lost all hope and faith. By the time they had already broken a freestanding cupboard, brought a piece of a desk and ripped 2 legs of antique furniture from my grandfather off I had had enough, my father went to speak to the driver who is supposed to be "overseeing" this move and all he was doing was sitting in the truck on his phone with who, who knows. When we asked them to leave, to close up the trucks and come back the next morning they refused, when we asked them to speak to their boss, they refused and instead decided to try and insult myself and my father in Xhosa, which they thought we didn't speak. As we weren't getting anywhere talking to them in English my father thought it would be best to show that he can speak and understand everything they are saying and told them to do their job and actually finish this move. You think that would be the end of it, but no. Did the owner or anyone call to apologise or rectify anything, NO, instead I get a pathetic whats app apology that is supposed to make me feel better or whatever, but insists that the owner was there whilst my stuff was being loaded and he was drinking but his guys were not drinking. In his message he said and I quote: " To make matters worse, some of your furniture pieces were damaged during the move. Please be assured that we will take immediate action to rectify this situation and ensure that the damaged items are restored or replaced." Until this day, I still haven't had a solution given to me about how this will be rectified. I called and spoke to Charles yesterday and instead of actually offering a solution for what hes going to do to fix this he decided to moan and complain that I am spreading a false narrative about the movers being drunk, but put yourself in my position have a look at the outcome and result, I at the end of the day sit with broken items, have had the worst experience in my life. When I went into the office today with my father to find a solution to replace or fix my broken stuff instead of an apology and Charles rectifying this situation he decided that he didn't want to deal with us and asked us to leave the premises, we then comp****, Leopard Movers, more like leopard don't bother. Shocking and pathetic experience. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

I would not recommend them to anyone firstly they did not honour the time we agreed on to collect the furniture and instead came a whole day later with a different company’s truck then when they did deliver our furniture they shattered our coffee table and tv stand and told us they would repair them … they have since had them and have been blatantly ignoring every message we send them After paying them close to 20k for their service we are still without our coffee table and tv stand after 2 months

Leopard Movers Wendy Knowler Today we were due to move home. We notified leopard removers that we would need a big truck and a trailer to move. Our furniture was based in Paarden Eiland at Stor-age. The truck started loading at 9:00 am. Three men were tasked with loading a 47 m cubed storage unit (big unit). The furniture arrived at our house at 21:00hrs. Not only that, half of our stuff has been delivered, the rest tomorrow. We have been liaising with Charles, the owner of Leopard Removers, he has been one of the most obnoxious and rude people I have ever dealt with. The worst part is that his drivers have notified us that they do not get paid overtime and often sleep in the truck. We have paid the deposit but Charles has informed us he will not be letting the drivers offload the rest of our load (which consists of our beds) until we pay the balance which is due upon delivery, despite the fact that the other half of our load is only due ‘sometime’ tomorrow and that it is now going on 22:00hr. we have two couches and a server offloaded in the house and we do not have all of our furniture here. Please stay away from Leopard Removers, we have dealt with numerous furniture removal companies in the past and we have never been treated so badly. I have no words for Charles and his attitude.

We recently used this company to transport our furniture. What a disappointment. Due to poor planning, they were unable to load all of our furniture into the truck. All the quotes we got, and who sent agents out, agreed that everything should fit on an 8-ton truck. When we saw that everything would not come up, I asked them what was going to happen now. They told us that we should not worry that they could just arrange a trailer and then upload it. But the trailer never arrived, causing a second load to be arranged the next day for a ridiculous price compared to the original quote, which I feel was not our fault as, due to poor packaging, suffered that there was no room for everything. With the second load, our plants came. One of their policies is that plants are transported at your own risk, but there is such a thing as common sense. The plants were loaded on the back of a van and not sheltered from the wind at all, which resulted in our plants being so damaged when they arrived here. So where they were the best price, we ended up being very expensive.
