Worst Sercive Experience from Leroy Merlin Boksburg

I had the worst experience with Leroy Merlin Boksburg. I had made an online purchase and was surprised when I got an email informing my order was canceled. I called Saturday 28.12.2024 and asked why my oder was a canceled without me being told the reason for cancelation. The reason was manufacturer was closed but had someone called I would waited for the manufacturer to open so I can receive my order. Tshegofatso then said to me I will receive my refund the Monday 30.12.2024. This was was the beginning of my nightmare. I then followed up on 02.01.2025 and was told that they will process my refund will get it on 03.01.2025. The Department manager of finance Cyril said he was gonna call me back of which never happened. I then followed up on 03.01.2025 and asked to speak Cyril who never bothered to take my all as he realized That he **** about getting back to me. Today 03.01.2025 I am told that I will get my money on the 13th of January 2025. This is the worst experience to go through from Leroy Merlin Boksburg. Cyril did even have the nerve to take my call when I called.
