Les Mouettes Balito - Biggest Security Risk regarding their Clients

Me and my wife had booked in at Les Mouettes for bussines on the 5th - 8th Aug in Balito. Straight of the bat I would like to complain about the security risk their main gate imposes on ones life. All 3 night of our stay we waited around 10min for someone to open as we stood in the street at night. A security guard is on duty but is nowhere to be found. Hooted and Hooted and phoned every number on the front of the complex, but no luck. Also when leaving for the day waited around 7min for security to open, had to even go look for him and found him in the ba*****t chatting to people, unaware (actually no care) about guests wanting to enter of leave the complex. Very disgusted in the way they just shrug off the importance of this issue. Wont be staying there again.
