BAD BAD BAD customer service, I drove 1 hour to get to Lethabo Estate only to find the main gate and the code they gave us was not working to open the gate. The manager Busi said there is nothing they can do regarding the gate that cant open i called her numerous times with her phone being on an off. 3rd time i got a hold of her i asked her can she not get someone to come open and she said she will look for someone we waited 20min at the gate no one came and we left. I called 1st thing Monday morning to report this and no one is taking accountability not even an apology and this place is rated a 4-star wow. People shouldn't waste their time driving to this place. keeping in mind we had called and booked before we even drove there
