Poor Housekeeping/Cleanliness

We have been there three times now first time was great it was in tent 3, second time not so much as we got bitten by bed bugs in tent 6, the thirds time we were booked in tent 9 and the same thing happend, it was beter although we almost sprayed one and a half can off doom on the bed.
