1. Do not fall for any “move in and pay later”. 2. There is no way that you will get your full deposit back. 3. Oak Park Complex is turning into a township “literally” 4. Complex manage is the reason we left. 5. The apartments are beautiful but cheap materials are used for labor, you can literally touch the wall with your finger and the paint comes off. (They will charge you for painting the entire apartment!) 6. Everything you see is a scam. 7. Your neighbors can have full on parties 24/7 and nothing can be done about that.
