Willem Prinsloo horrible experience

I'm trying to find a property practitioner to sell my house. Lew Geffen was one of the companies that I would like to meet. Willem Prinsloo in particular came to my place to meet and talk about the house and the process of selling. And hopefully after that sign an agreement. First thing he told me he checked me on Social media; Facebook to see more about me. The fact that I'm socially involved in NGO's and children's development programmes was *****nse in his biassed view. Secondly he only could talk very negative about the house, only could mention the negative side of this beautiful house, was absolutely not interested and only wanted to show that he was the professional. Main reason to sell a house was his profit. The fact that he checked me on Social media and Facebook was also quite shocking. Why would he do this? We agreed to meet a 2nd time to view the cottages and look around in the house again. Then he told me that he didn't allow me to talk with other practitioners so we couldn't sign any agreement as he doesn't want to be in any kind of competition. I'm happy not to work together with this guy anymore as it would be a complete disaster.
