<p>I decided it was time to service my home air contditioning units, phone them to book an appointment. Received confirmation that the Service will be done on a speciifc date, which was 10 days in advance. On the day of the appointment, Tuesday, I was phoned 17h00 the afternoon to say that the technician did not get around to my units.</p> <p> </p> <p>They asked to reschedule for another day, which I was reluctant to do, but thought I will give them another oppertunity. We made the appointment for the Friday. Friday came and Friday passed, but this time, with no communication.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
