Terrible place
Terrible terrible place, dirty carpet, ****ty wifi, smelly on floor 7, false adverti*****t, ****ty management and they are unorganised. Would not recommend

License **** hall lofts
Lifts breakdown a lot. Marvin took our name to book another person under our profile so they don’t pay extra. I moved out left my stuff at my friends unit and doesn’t allow us access in the building to collect it. The security don’t like their jobs, VERY disrespectful and most days drunk on duty. Marvin the worst building manager ever. He’ll read your messages about an issue at building or unit. He’ll read it and just ignored you. If License hall lofts really want to change. I suggest to get rid of all the security and Marvin and start a fresh. Those people are holding back license hall. I went to the police station to open a case and building union to get my stuff back. Because it’s very ******** what they doing security drunk on site and touching women in the lifts. And don’t allowing me to collect my things at my friends unit even though I don’t owe them anything. If you want to see roachs/bedbugs , security touching you and an useless building manager then come here. You’ll understand why you pay month to month

Disgusting
It's an absolutely disgusting experience living in Licence Hall Lofts. The lifts break every week. It is constantly filthy and smelly everywhere. The securities are disrespectful. There are roaches and bedbugs everywhere and leaky ceilings. There are a lot of individuals that live here that are absolutely appalling and have no semblance of self respect and what it means to live with other people. The water is only hot at the end of the month and the place is money-hungry. This place is not worth it at all. Get yourself a nice shack away from this ces****l of disgust. Save yourself the stress and the money.

License Hall Loft
I've seen alot of negative comments regarding License Hall Loft, I've been staying at License Hall from September 2024, I've got my own unit there. Never have I experienced any bad behavior from any of the staff members. I mind my own business, the staff and management are understandable. The likes of Thato, Caroline, Marvin and George are one of the very that have shown me humility and patience never have I had any issues with anyone of them. I'm not sure about the rest but from my side the names that I've mentioned represent License Hall/ Urban Task Force very well. Don't let bad reviews stop you from renting other Building Units, check the building and staff management for yourself. Don't follow bad publicity trends

License Hall Loft

do not get an apartment there for your sanity at least
what a horrible place I ever lived at, 3 months was way enough for me, i was charged for finger prints until now I am moving out without those ******* biometrics, and no refund, the place is smelly, ****roach and bed bugs infested, its dirty the lifts are smelly that place is garbage, the whole management is bull including securities, they are rude, you will wait for them to open the gate because the fingerprints are not working , just this morning on my way to work I'm advised to go back to that nonsense office to do my fingerprints again or i will not be allowed back in after work, mind you i was on my way to work

Bad service from security
Security guard working on satarday day shift is rude and unprofessional, he's always wearing eaphones, he ignorant, but building managers are friendly and polite, maybe suggestion boxes must be implicated for complimants and complains

Bad service from security

Licence hall: apartment for bugs.... and people. Fumigate the darn building!
Licence hall lofts where you're not gonna be lonely as you will have bugs to keep u company The place is full of bed bugs and when you complain to the caretaker they tell u you're basically on ur own! AND you pay your rent in full mind you. They charge and penalise the whole floor for a single room's mistake! It's also full of ****roaches. It's a nice dump! To help other clients, the licence hall lofts is an apartment building situated in Johannesburg, 6 plain street. Also the rent increases when you move in. You will not pay the promised rent they advertise. When you complain about the bed bugs, where clearly people are moving out because of, they will claim they dont allow people to move in with used furniture. What a lie. Also the geyser water becomes cold during cold days, what's up with that. The lifts are scary to use as you must hold ur breath and cross your fingers that they dont get stuck. I hope I have helped those who are thinking of moving in as no one will warn you of this. You only when ur already moved in.
