The company did not tell me my vehicle does not have spare keys or a service history book, only after the sale they told me there is none. Then when i got the invoice they charged me R7,000 for delivery which was also not specified. If i knew it was that much i would not have taken the option. It felt dishonest leaving out the information. I would not recommend them to anyone and if you use them please take note of abovementioned.

Liebenberg Auto PAROW Great customer service. Friendly service. Care about their customers. Even their hospitality was extremely excellent. Fastest service. Was helped within 2 days. Drive in with my vehicle, drove away with my New Fortuner Would definitely recommend *LIEBENBERG AUTO PAROW*

Liebenberg auto has a history of bad service and selling broken vehicles to customers. We bought a Nissan Navara July 12, the next day the bakkie was back at the dealer because it was sluggish and it wasn't driving to its full capacity. There are alot of other minor things that needed to be fixed too. All Liebenberg auto did to the bakkie was recondition the turbo as a temporary fix! Yet the turbo is still an issue! The bakkie has been at the dealer for over 2 weeks! I have not even driven the bakkie for over a week yet! Today I have the bakkie for a month only. I demanded a refund and the owner told me "I already told you I WON'T refund you according to CPA". CPA says that within 6 months the consumer CAN DEMAND a refund as it is at my discretion. I bought the bakkie cash with 6 month warranty. I am a small business owner and losing out on work due to not having a vehicle to see to my clients! I will take this further with IDA and the Ombudsman.

NO AFTERSALE SUPPORT Bought a bakkie,great service from Carel. on my way home my issues started. i was told to get quotes and as I live in PE. got the quotes and was given the go ahead for repairs. ended up paying for the repairs myself and was promised refunds but never happened. then it was said they can get it done for much cheaper at their own mechanics that charges much less than my quotes from a dealership and RMI workshop so they will only give a portion.but that also didnt happen. faulty clutch,master clutch cylinder,alarm,parrot system,starter,radio,airbag light,brakes shuddering and undeclared modifications making issues.etch. the promise on the website vs what i got is a complete different story. i bought the bakkie cash,but the moment the transaction was done and i left,its as good as getting kicked out the back door. very poor service when it comes to them having to pay.

I bought a Ford Ranger doublecab 13 months ago from Liebenberg motors. From the word go, the Bakkie gave me endless problems. First the turbo gave in, which they reconditioned. Then the injectors was replaced by their mechanic's. Then the turbo broke again, this happened all in the first two months. A major service was performed by their mechanic's and a brand new turbo was installed. 9 months later, I took a 250km drive with my family and the enjin packed up. The Ford dealer gave 3 quotations, one for a reconditioned motor, one for servicing the motor and one for a brand new motor. All 3 quotes over 100k. My insurance Msure, are not happy with the quotes because they say it's overpriced and are only prepared to pay 20k. I borrowed money from my bank to pay Liebenberg motors which I still have to pay for 5years. How am I going to get all of this sorted because I don't have cash on my side, the dealership says it's out of their control. What is my consumer rights? The Ford dealer also only have a service history of 90 000 km on their system and the rest of the service history till 200 000km are missing, only the latest service record was found.

We just bought a 4x4 bakkie from Liebenberg Auto. Everything went smoothly up until trying to insure the vehicle - we are now grossly under-insured due to Liebenberg being unable to provide me with a list of upgrades to the vehicle, so now we have to waste our time trying to find out from the manufacturer what is an upgrade and what comes standard with the vehicle - a huge mission and nightmare! So for now, the vehicle is insured for almost R100,000 less than what we paid for it, because that is apparently the base value! I am not at all happy, and I don't see how a professional dealership can NOT be able to tell me what has been upgraded on the vehicle, considering they added those upgrades to the vehicle selling price! Seems to me they just cannot be bothered to assist once they have your money. I am not at all happy!

It was one off my best decision i have made to buy my bakkie from Liebenberg auto bakkie and the excellent service they gave you is superb,especially Melissa and Karel,keep on doing what you doing best...customer service,and very reliable.
