Conduct unbecoming an employee of Liezel Viljoen Inc

Michelle from Liezel ViIjoen Inc phoned me. Attacked me from nowhere, Accused me of blocking her. She was rude, unprofessional. Did not listen to anything I was saying. Have my names wrong. Threaten to sue me, issue a summons, blacklist me and slamming the phone in my ear. Doubt whether this attorneys at Law abides by die code of conduct for lawyers.
