This company has the worsted service ever. Especially one of their employees Miss Cheryl Moreby. This lady fails the simplest thing in business. After she told me to pay my Telkom account when I forwarded the proof of payment she didn't reply to message,when I called her office they would tell me that she's busy with a client and informed me that "She will get back to me once she's done." But she never called back, I've called in several times and she would not get to me, even not reply or respond to my emails. How does she help our clients?I wonder, I have laid a company to her company but nothing has happened. No one helped me with my account.... Two months I get a response from one of her colleagues, stating that they received my payment. Wow!!! This is the worsted service ever, I will never recommend anyone to Life Power, because of their service. Even today, my ITC account doesn't show that I have settled my Telkom account.
