I tried logging into my LifePointsPanel account two weeks ago but didn't succeed. Instead i got a message saying that my account was temporary unavailable and that i should contact the support team for assistance. The first time i contacted the support center, i received a reply saying that i was not a member and that they were not taking new members. I responded on the email and explained that I was a member and that the email i was using to communicate with them is the same email i used to register on the platform. The person replied back and said alright and that was it. Since then i have been sending emails to find out why the problem has not been resolved but no one is responding. I have sent a total of five emails so far and have not receive a single reply from them. I am totally disappointed with LifePointsPanel and the way i am being treated. I did not expect this type of service from them, seeing that they are on almost all the social media platforms. How will it look if people start going on those social media platforms and start writing their negative experiences with LifePointsPanel. I am so ****ed. I have been accumulating my points and just when it was time to claim my rewards, they blocked my account.
