Excellent Sales and Aftersales Service

I purchased a Cast Iron Hibashi Braai from lifespace in August 2025. The entire sales process was excellent. I received the product and was very satified with the product. A day or so later I noticed a small chip on the grill. I contacted Lifespace and was assisted by Alex who was so friendly and professional she escalated the matter after I sent pictures. Alex had the matter resolved within days and I was very impressed with this aftersales service. Lifespace is a 5 Star company all day all year.
