LIGHTinThe Box offers NO LIGHT on delivery
I have had terrible customer service from LIGHTinTheBox. After placing an order in Oct 2025. I am still waiting. I escalated the matter. They post the excuse of Black Friday for the delay even when the order and payment happened in Oct. Apparently the article has landed in SA. There is NO LIGHT on finalizing this matter. Be careful of using this company.

Huge variety
LightInTheBox has a huge variety and good prices, and ordering was surprisingly easy. Delivery took longer than I hoped, and the sizing on clothes can be inconsistent but overall I'm pretty happy with what I got.
