"Lightsculpt ...Light on customer service"
*DO NOT USE LIGHTSCULPT* Absolutely disgusting service and attitude received from the staff . Called in on a Thursday to check avail on a product that was told to be in stock and reserved on my behalf . Come Monday , Drive an hour to get there only to find out that they do not have the product and that i have been blatantly lied to and when i argue the fact that not only have they wasted my time twice but they also have the audacity to tell me(and my toddler which i had brought with) to leave the premises in an extremely harassing manner . They shall never see my business again and i encourage all that read this review to not support such people that completely have no ethics or regard for any levels of customer service .

Won't refund!!!
Allan, owner of this company is a crook. I paid for a service in 2016 and subsequently changed my mind about that particular service. . He has refused to refund me or offer me a different service. It's year number 3 and he is still refusing. CROOK!

false advertising /Dr with stinking attitudes
<p>I went to Lightsculpt clinic from last year after giving birth ...With hopes of my cellulite and stretchmarks being removed. .I paid the money they wanted an amount of R30 000 ..which I paid I full after the procedures I sent them my before and after pics which were not showing any change after the procedure. .They took months to respond to my complaint. .recently they sent an email that I should come through and they were gonna resolve my problem...only to find out the doctor wants me to pay more money which also doesn't guarantee my problem being solved...he then told me with attitude that he will not refund my money ...After o paid so much something needs to be done ...its either he fix my body or he refunds me...Dr doesn't feel any remorse that my issue hasn't been resolved ...</p>

DONT TRUST LIGHTSCULPT CLINIC
Dont ever use this clinic or the doctor. They will promise you the world when they are marketing their procedures to you. Once they get their payment, they dont actually care about the client. I had 2 procedures done and both went wrong. Nobody cares to listen as they are only interested in money. They will be very nice to you until you pay. After payment you will be treated like dirt. Please dont take a chance with your body. I am talking from my personal experience - once your body has been damaged by Claire Jacohbson it cannot be fixed again and you have to live with it because they dont care.
