Horrible service
Horrible service, disrespectful staff. I am taking this further than hello perter. This cannot continue happening. We are losing our loved ones because such health care providers. My experience was on the last Friday of January 2026, almost lost a parent

Horrible service

Bad service
Your staff is rude and doesn't give a damn about people, especially at traige room, those ladies chased me out n told me to wait while they busy charting about their boyfriends, then when we fight we are the bad guys, DO SOMETHING CZ THIS IS TOTAL UNACCEPTABLE N BULL****

Bad service
Your staff is rude and doesn't give a damn about people, especially at traige room, those ladies chased me out n told me to wait while they busy charting about their boyfriends, then when we fight we are the bad guys, DO SOMETHING CZ THIS IS TOTAL UNACCEPTABLE N BULL****

bad treatment
took my son to lillian Ngoyi last week Monday, and was feeling pain on his right rib, the sister said she does not see anything, no xray, just touching him and gave him brufen and rubbing staff. Went to the private doctor, they put him in the scan and it was discovered that he has kidney infection. If you do not have money in this country you will die.

Bed doctor service
I was there today the doctor told me I will get the medication I have to get from them but they didn't even want to know what is wrong with me they just said I must go to protea glen clinic and protea glen clinic there's no doctors always they are telling us to go and buy medication for our self's Now I don't have a sick note to present at work because I didn't get helped from Lillian ngoyi clinic not happy at all

Bed doctor service
I was there today the doctor told me I will get the medication I have to get from them but they didn't even want to know what is wrong with me they just said I must go to protea glen clinic and protea glen clinic there's no doctors always they are telling us to go and buy medication for our self's Now I don't have a sick note to present at work because I didn't get helped from Lillian ngoyi clinic not happy at all

Dr Pule Must Go!
I experienced the worst service at a place where people are meant to get medical assistance. The Dr (Dr Pule) did not even give me a chance to explain my symptoms. She rudely interrupted me as I was about to speak and said I should go to my local clinic after I had just been transferred from a hospital to their clinic. Bofore I walked into their triage room, I watched her turn away a lady with a sick and refused an infant medical assistance. The lady came out crying with no where to turn to. Honestly something needs to be done about such clinics and such drs. She even had the audacity to say her is “ Dr Pule and if anyone has a problem they can leave “. I am so defeated honestly but the governments inability to assist with a basic need.

My Experience at Lilian Ngoyi Clinic
Lilian Ngoyi Clinic is the pits...I went there have a perianal abscess and the doctor just looked at it as if it was a ****le, time being this thing hurts to the point I can't even walk properly... South Africa public healthcare is absolutely terrible and those doctors are just doctors by name because they don't even care about you...

My Experience at Lilian Ngoyi Clinic
Lilian Ngoyi Clinic is the pits...I went there have a perianal abscess and the doctor just looked at it as if it was a ****le, time being this thing hurts to the point I can't even walk properly... Rude uncaring doctor
The dentist (Dr Pillay) very rude and unprofessional. I went to extract my tooth 16 Jan 2024, she was so rough and the tooth broke, I'm in so much pain it feels like my jaw is dislocated after that she has a nerve of telling me to return after 2 weeks to take out the remaining pieces of my tooth. I will never set my foot at that place, she has no care nor sympathy for patients.

Lillian ngoyi it's very Dirty
Had a bad experience yesterday at the clinic, It's very dirty everywhere : toilets , waiting room and reception they dont have pest control because there's mosquitoes everywhere , patients will get sick it's unacceptable
