They have been very professional and are always quick to respond. being on debt review is not easy and my previous debt collector was really the worst as they did not pay some of my debt for months in 2025. Liminal Debt took over that company and they have been nothing but helpful from the start.

I received a call from this company on 12 November 2025, the female operator asked that I should hold for her senior. When she transferred me to her senior, he advised me that they were offering me some financial advice and whilst on the call I received a text message saying that I consented a request for my credit report. I never gave anyone permission and the very next day I did a credit application and found that my credit bureau expenses were R30 000. I made contact with one of the financial institutions just as test run and my application was declined. People we are living in the new South Africa, and we will not be ****med by companies like yourself. Please remove my details from your database and do not contact me.

Worst experience of my life.They will just take your money and give u the run around when u have questions that need answers.infact,they will never let u talk with ur supposed debt counsellor (Amore Smith) but make u pay up to R8000 for her services.The whole thing is run by call centre agents/tele marketers who don't even seem to have a clue what they doing but will keep on telling you lie after lie.Atleast Rozanne and Nicole were a little bit helpful even though they can't admit when they don't have the answer but I guess it comes with the training but as for Thulani,the less I say about him the better.Am in this whole mess because of him and m certain he'll be glad to know that my kids spend the whole winter wearing shorts and sandals while he probably bought his winter clothing with the commission he made.
