Voice and Voice & Data, Lydenburg, Marinda instructes us to cancell our contract due to the fact that there was no internet for 2 weeks, no info from them, rather a snotty attitude towards clients, so i gave a bad review on fb, which we the was instructed to cancel the account, nd now still we get a invoice stating we are behind, so they cant even cancel the contract and when you leave comment on the fb page it gets deleted, they only keep the good ones there, who can i talk to about this people not doing their jobs?

Since November 2023 I could not receive internet from this company of which I am a client for few years now. I am on a month to month basis and not on contract. I tried contacting via mobile and depleted my airtime every day for 2 to 3 weeks to get hold of anyone working at this company. I eventually got hold of one of their technicians. He got a signal from tower(LUND) but there was no internet data traffic to and from that tower. I cancelled on 13 December 2023 after which I received an email stating that my cancellation is in process. Still every month debit orders getting deducted , and it escalates to an amount equal to 3 months subscription fee. I tried to contact the cancellations dept of Voice and Data again today find out what is going on. But as soon I get connected to the cancellation dept. I get cut off.

No heads up or contact from them regarding a change over in systems, been without lines for the past 2 days already and can not get ahold of anyone at their offices to assist or provide an eta. Worst telecommunications company ever.

my wi-fi with voice and data has not been steady for over four months, and I continue to pay for the service. you send a text message and what's up to their technicians and you hardly receive any services. their customers in Mmabatho/Mafikeng are forever complaining about bad services and they don't seem to be improving. in this era where we depend 1000%on wifi its like they don't care, all that they want is their money for none service.

Where do I start with this company. Absolute bunch of idiots who cannot service nor support their customers. Ive had endless problems with this company. Their service is a nightmare. Shop around because people like Cool Ideas are way cheaper for much faster packages. As for the staff...Tim who.is the director avoids contact with customers at all costs, the trees in my garden have more intelligence and more personality than Kerry whose boyfriend works there as well but.I think hes job is just to defend her, hes another plank. Horrible company and terrible service...I suggest think.twice

**** **** **** The business has been liquidated and they chose not to notify their customers but instead, switch off the internet services immediately after we paid. It’s been off since the 5th of June and we only found out today on the 12th what the issue is through 3rd party. They just don’t care, now the customers have to stay without internet for the rest of the month🙌🏽 I’m sooo angry 😡

MY FIBRE SERVICE HAS BEEN DOWN FOR TWO DAYS NOW AND AS NO CONTACT FROM VOICE & DATA DESPITE MANY CALLS I AM NOT CONFIDENT THEY WILL ASSIST TOMORROW. EMAILS AND CALLS HAVE BEEN SENT AND MADE AND THE CO DO NOT OFFER ANY FORM OF CUSTOMER SERVICE TO RESOLVE MY SITUATION.
