I’m very appalled with the services that agent Felicia put me on hold and the call got dropped when I asked to speak to a manager, I even ran outta airtime, I want Linex to refund me my airtime for wasting my time and their poor management that doesn’t engage with dissatisfied customers

Truly hopeless. They want card payment but have no ability to process it. It declined virtual cards as well as physical credit abd debit cards. I shop online and pay buffalo and others it's regularly but this company is pathetic and worry it's not secure as it barely works

After waitin more than a month waiting for my two parcels, they tell me the vehicle that transported the parcels was in an accident and the stuff was ******. I had to phone in every day tried to find out what happened with my parcels. Then finally they tell me the vehicle was in an accident and some parcels was damaged and stollen. Poor service really poor service.
