No delivery

Ordered 12 orthpedic mats three months ago. Everytime I query there is a new excuse and a new delivery date. For some reason they NEVER have stock and the NEVER inform you of delays. And when ever you query they just come up with some BS new delivery date that they never adhere to. It reminds me of the cheese shop skit from Monty Python. Of course we have mats, we do sell mats. But in fact they can't get hold of the stock and they are just keeping your money as long as possible.
