They sold me a faulty car and don't want to take accountability.

I am beyond frustrated and disheartened by my experience with Lionel Motors Nissan. After paying R27,000 for repairs on my Nissan Qashqai, I drove away only to find that the car wouldn’t run at all. It’s hard to describe the feeling of being ******, especially when I trusted this company with my vehicle. The complete lack of communication from the staff was infuriating. I repeatedly tried to reach out to Miss Smith for updates, only to be met with silence. Despite being out of the country, I went out of my way to drive cross-country to get answers, yet I struggled to get through on the phone and was directed to the wrong person on social media. It felt like I was shouting into a void. When I finally did hear from Miss Smith, her response to my urgent plea for help was simply a thumbs-up emoji on WhatsApp. That moment encapsulated the total disregard for my situation. I felt completely dismissed and abandoned. Now, I’m left with a car that I had to leave in an unfami**** neighborhood, unsure of what to do next. I’ve been told I need to pay even more to have them open the engine again—after already shelling out R7,000 for supposed repairs. It’s heartbreaking to think that I trusted this company and ended up in this situation. I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone. I urge you to avoid Lionel Motors Nissan at all costs. They have proven to be ************* and ***********, leaving me feeling ****** and utterly dissatisfied. I give them a 1 star merely because I cannot give a negative star

I expressed verbal abuse from Herbert Beukes and as well as Des Van Zyl. When I tried to stop them from exploiting my partner this place is taking advantage of first time car buyers

I decided to purchase a Brand New Bakkie which is a Nissan NP200 from Lionel Motors in Rustenburg. That was the worst decision I ever Made. With only 2000KM on the clock,in less than a month the car broke down with a Clutch. It was towed to the Dealer,Where it was fixed and the dealership said it was just a loose master cylinder and it has been fixed. I have been talking to Nissan Customer Care that I need a new car because they sold me a Faulty car,They have been taking me in circles eventually they said the Dealer Principle confirmed there is nothing wrong with the car. I went to take the car back, the customer care told me that they give me 24hrs before they can Close the case. In less than 24hrs the Bakkie Broke down again with the same problem, the Clutch went off again. What I need is a brand new car with no Faults.

On the 30/12/22 I took my Renault kiger for 30k major service. On the 14/01/23 the car had gearbox failure while travelling. Road assistance sent Jaiks towing to fetch the car. On the 16/01/23 called Lionel Motors Renault to find out if the car was drlivered or checked. I never received any update until I involved customer care. Was told after that I will be updated. That never occurred. i had to attend a work meeting at midrand on the 18th, had to cancel due to the car not fixed. Worse the only problem was a broken earthing cable which they had. Whitney and Kabelo at customer care dhould be commended for ensuring the car got fixed. I really am disappointed about Lionel Motors Renault Rustenburg.

I ordered and paid for a fan resistor for my Nissan NP200 1.5dci three weeks ago. The Parts sales representative asked for the VIN number of the car to ensure the correct part was ordered. When the part arrived at the dealer, I went to collect the part at Nissan and took the car to mechanic to replace the part. Only to realize the new part fitting is not the same as the old part from the vehicle. I then took the part back to the dealer to request the right one, the same sales person who initially ordered the part and his manager told me, the new part is a replacement part and they don't make the old one anymore, otherwise I must buy a new fan that comes with the resistor similar to the old one from my car. My frustration is, I was never told from the beginning that the original part comes with the complete fan and now I must just accept the wrong part that I cannot use. Basically I have paid R1500 for a fan resistor but I cant use it because it doesnt fit. I am very disappointed that paid alot of money, I couldnt get the right part from the franchine/car dealer, and nothing could be done about this.

What a pleasure dealing with you! My wife had a major crisis and Lionel Nissan Rustenburg responded in style - I cannot thank them enough for the excellent service we received. Professional in all respects. Specific mention of the workshop manager and chief technician - thanks guys!
