I bought Lipton Ice Tea on the 02/03/2025, this morning while preparing lunch for my young one. I saw the that it is expiring today mind you my husband also took one to work. I bought 2 x 6 packs of different flavors. I am so disappointed because I thought its only foreigners selling old food. So clearly we also need to be alert of these big brands also now. According to my understanding this should have been off the shelves.

I bought a box Lipton tea bags, but with every single tea made sofar, there are tea-leaves (obviously "fined") floating, without the tea-bag even being broken. Its so disgusting that im throwing it away each time, thus wasting water, sugar and the tea paid for.

Lipton please explain why your Rooibos tea is advertised as 80 teabags, but there's only 60 in the box. I though if this was just an honest mistake whilst it was packaged, but when i mentioned it to my mother-in-law who buys your tea religiously she said there's always 3 packs in the box which i pointed out to her ofcourse equals to 20 bags per pack. I want answers?? This is not on you are robbing us of 20 bags as per the 80 bags printed on your Lipton Rooibos tea box.

I purchased a bottle of Lipton Ice Tea which is currently on special at Pick n Pay. It took nearly 40 mins to try and open the bottle. We tried, my husband tried, we cut the tab around the lid area hoping that would help and even ran the bottle under hot water. What concerns me is I bought this ice tea for my grandmother and she couldn't open it on Saturday when it was purchased, we had to go to her house yesterday and it took 40 mins to try and open the bottle. I really think that this needs to be looked into because its not right that these bottles are not easy to open and if it weren't for us visiting my gran she wouldn't be able to drink her ice tea. Like I said a grown man could not open this bottle. we used a knife and battled for quite some time.

I saw a video on social media on worms inside lipton lemon green tea. I then decided to check a couple of my teabags and found worms in them as well. The teabags only expire in 2017.
