Extremely bad service

For the last two years we have been trying to get Charles the owner to come and fix the work they did on our roof. Now leaking more than ever. He has promised over and over again that they will be coming to fix the roof. 10 year guarantee not worth the paper it is written on if the company does not rock up to fix their bad workmanship. Maybe now someone from the company will come and fix our roof or pay back the huge amount of money we paid.
