No customer relations managent

Hi! I went to vaal president liquor to buy a bottle of whisky for my visitors,a cashier by the name of Maria puleng Mthembu is very cold & arrogant towards customers.treating customers as if she's doing them a favour,no greetings, no you going to use cash or card nothing.

The 1st thing that came out of her mouth is "plastic",to show she doesn't know what customer relations is she refused to give me her name (though she has her tag under the jacket she was wearing). Also refused to show me who is the manager she told me Iist ask security even after I told her I'm not impressed of her attitude.
