Unprofessional and Inefficient company
This is a very inefficient and Unprofessional bunch of people that never keep the very appointment times they give you as a client. On the 18th December 2024 they gave me a date and time to groom my dog. On the day and time they had committed, they told me they are 2-3 hours late, and it was until I called them that they gave me this information. Because we were travelling, I requested a refund, gave them my Bank details. Today it is the 08th Jan 2025 and every time I make a follow up, I get a run around from this company. This is a bunch of unprofessional and inefficient people whose actions and conduct seems to border on ****ming because even though I am supposed to get my money back, I am not getting any satisfactory response or commitment from them on when to expect my money,

Little Conoanions are the best
One is always happy to find a company the does what it promises. Little Companion’s is one of those you you can trust. I have used them for many years and their service is outstanding. They are careful and kind to the animals and always come when they say they will. Well done to them

Professional and Gentle Pet Groomers
I was very impressed with Little Companions Pet Groomers. They were affordable, on time and gentle with my pomeranians. My female who hates having her nails cut didn't even cry when they cut her nails. My dogs look so Fluffy and gorgeous. Will definitely use them again.

Bad service
I booked a grooming for my dog at last week friday the 12/03/2021. I first call them then they told me I must book a appointment true the email. I what's upp them Monday the 15/03/2021 then they said they did a answer me but they didn't. After that they told me I have a appointment on the 18/03/2021 between 9 and 10. Today at 10:24 I what's upp them and ask them where are they, then they reply "THE TEAM SAYS THEY WERE ALREADY THERE." I send a pic of my dog and ask them, is this dog done. Then they ask me is my adress 25 marina and I reply No. mine is 19 oscar street, I cancel it, and took my dog to Eldo Elite Doggie Boutique, they give me excellent service, I will never use little companions ever. Your service is poor, poor, poor.
