Filtration System
Great, good quality system at a reasonable price. Just got it installed for my whole house and seems to work excellent. I added an additional filter before the system, specifically to minimize lime from my borehole when I need to use it during water interruptions from our Municipality. No loss of pressure. Water is much cleaner and taste great. I can definitely recommend this product. Easy to install. Filters are also included in the package, which is a bonus. Doesn't affect your water pressure at all. Great value for money. Will buy it again. With this system I always get clean water & save the taps from any buildup iodine. Finally, I can drink tap water with some peace of mind.

Filtration System

Sterling after service
I had a problem with my water purifier. The small gasket in the cap of the water tank got worn out. So I enquired from Little Luxury in Johannesburg if I can order these gasket's from them, as we do not have an outlet in Cape Town. I place an order for two gaskets and received an email a few days later from the company, stating that the director of the company said they will send me two gaskets free of charge. I just want to praise them for a sterling after service effort in keeping their customers happy. I therefore would recommend anybody to support Little Luxury and get the most satisfying service ever experienced in SA.

Scam
Ive ordered replacement filters from this company 3 weeks ago. 2weeks ago the order on the online tracking suddenly said the order was complete. After numerous times trying to follow up where my filters are, i still have not gotten any response at all from them.

No return on investment
I'm on a third water cooler now. And the reason I've been trying it out time and time again is because I bought a year's supply of cartridges. Most times the water doesn't come out and the machine leaks. I'm so disappointed with this product. I've emailed the supplier and nobody bothered to write back.

No return on investment

LITTLE LUXURY WATER FILTERS
I have had a 2 stage filter for over 10 years, moved house 2019, wanted a new one, Richard actually built me a new 2 stage as they didnt manufacture 2 stage any more, what a champ, the 1 canister developed a leak, i called, dealt with Rachel, what a brand ambassador both her and Richard, Rachel called back and said i should come collect a brand new 3 stage under counter at no cost, they set it up for me and "voila" i have filtered water again, this is "brand loyalty" thank you guys for putting trust into business, i am a loyal consumer and will remain one for as long as i reside in SA. IF YOU NEED A WATER FILTER, YOU NEED GO NO WHERE ELSE !!!

False Claims on Packaging
I bought an ultra filtration filter system from a third party supplier of their filters. It claim it does ultra filtration which it don't. There is only 3 filters in it with no membrane. It Indicates it is Stainless steel but is all plastic. False advertising

Best service I had in a long time
To whom it may concern,<br> <br> My parents bought all 3 our children this water filter and cooling device for Christmas, because we do not drink tab water. 2 weeks ago something went wrong and my parents could not get the slip to return the device, so I've send Little luxury an email telling them how awesome the device was, but then something went wrong, they almost immediately phoned me back and gave tips how they think I can resolve the problem, because they never get this problem and they said they will replace the device if it does not work. They even send me a follow up email to ask if the solution worked. <br> <br> It did work and I am one loyal and happy customer!
